H.A.L. Comic Strip offers the following Returns Policy:
 Our Return Policy:

   1. You must email us at halcomicstrip@halscomicandcards.com with-in 5 days.
   2.  Comic Books are not returnable unless stated returnable
   3. If Items are one of a kind and are damage due to shipping you must have had Insurance to receive a refund.
   4. If you receive an item you did not order or not as described on our web site we will replace said item or issue a store credit.
   5. You receive an item listed as returnable return items and a store credit will be given

Shipping Information:
    1. Medai Material-2-7 days
    2. Express  Mail-1 day
    3. Parcel Post-2-5 days
    4. Priority Mail-1-5days

We Ship USA, Canada and Mexico
Will ship International but you must email for shipping fees.
